1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Gaffer Coaching Co. (“Gaffer”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The service

Gaffer provides a football coaching community, toolkit, learning content and shop. Membership, team management and related tools are provided by Gaffer and are subject to these terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Conduct

• Be respectful to other coaches.
• Do not share content that is abusive, discriminatory or illegal.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the platform or access data you are not authorised to see.
• Respect intellectual property rights when uploading sessions or materials.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid tiers are billed as described on our Pricing page. You can cancel at any time; refunds are handled according to the plan you selected.

6. Commercial promotions

The Coach's Daily Briefing and other Gaffer channels may include clearly labelled commercial promotions — offers, products or content from Gaffer and selected partners we believe are genuinely useful to coaches. These are curated promotions, not third-party advertising networks: we never sell your personal data to advertisers.

By creating an account you acknowledge that promotional content may appear in your feed. Gaffer tier members enjoy a promotion-free portal as part of their membership.

7. Liability

Gaffer is provided “as is”. We are not liable for coaching decisions, injuries or club outcomes resulting from content shared on the platform. Always follow your federation and club guidelines.

8. Changes and contact
