Gaffer Coaching Co. (“Gaffer”, “we”, “us”) is the football coaching community built for football coaches. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use our website and services.

2. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, club, coaching licence) and data generated automatically when you browse (IP address, device type, pages viewed, cookies). Payment and subscription data are processed by Stripe under their own privacy terms.

3. How we use it

• To provide and improve the Gaffer community, toolkit and learning content.
• To send coaching updates, job alerts and product offers you opt into.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.
• To analyse usage so we can build better tools for gaffers.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, email) and where required by law. Stripe processes membership data as a separate controller.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent for marketing, by contacting us at privacy@gaffercoaching.com. You may also have rights under GDPR or other local laws.
